Welcome to Oakbridge Little Learners

Oakbridge Little Learners is a family owned Nursery based in Chase Terrace, Burntwood. We were previously known as St Joseph’s Nursery before moving to our new premises in September 2020 and rebranding the business to suit our new setting. Our new building is a detached, self-contained property offering separate rooms for different age-groups, an excellent outdoor space with a separate covered area under a canopy for when the Great British weather takes a turn for the worse.

We take children from six months of age all the way to pre-school, open 51 weeks of the year only closing for a week at Christmas. We accept all forms of Government childcare funding including Childcare Vouchers, Think2, 15-Hours Funding (3 Years of Age) and 30-Hours Funding if eligible.

My little boy, who is three, started Oakbridge Little Learners at the beginning of January after we moved him from a different nursery. He has come on so much in the last two months it’s so wonderful to see. He was diagnosed with a speech delay at the end of 2019 and with the pandemic and lack of social interaction we hit a stumbling block with his communication. Lyn and the team have taken on his individual targets given to us by SALT and work on them all the time. He has come on leaps and bounds. He is always so excited to go to nursery and asked to go everyday over half term. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to send him here. He has started to make friends and talk about them at hone which he has never done before. This nursery is certainly a home from home. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

I have known Lyn from her previous nursery where my daughter attended, my son now attends oak bridge little learners and I honestly can’t recommend it here enough, all the staff are so caring and nothing is to much to ask, my son had no socialisation with others due to the pandemic and he settled here on the first day no problems. Never been a day where I’ve felt nervous about leaving my little boy here, he absolutely adores nursery and is such a clever little boy due to attending! 💓

I highly recommend Oakbridge Little Learners. As a first time mum going back to work during the pandemic, I was nervous about sending my little boy to nursery. I needn't have worried. My little one settled in so quickly, has made friends and just loves being there. He's developed so much in the 6 months he's attended and some days I struggle to get him to leave.
